Never used this florist before. Ordered online. Sent an arrangement for my Aunt's 80th birthday on a Saturday. It was sent as the picture described and on time. My Aunt was overwhelmed by the arrangement and the choice of flowers used. My uncle said she was brought to tears. So I guess I got the reaction I was looking for!
