Your order process was very easy. I sent this arrangement to my friend who recently lost her son. What you sent was beautiful and she loved it. Although, it was not really as advertised. I wanted something that would last for a long time, thus my selection of the succulent arrangement. The arrangement looked to be all flowers. I read the notice that sometimes you need to make changes if some of the flowers, etc. are not available, but this was not like the photo at all.
